Day 7

I was kinda unhealthy today, so as a kind of reparation, and to help me get back on track I will plan out all of my meals for this week πŸ™‚

Tuesday
– Avocado
– Peanuts
– Walnuts
– Coffee with semi-skimmed milk

Wednesday
– 1 piece of cheddar cheese
– 1 cheese string
– Shiitake mushrooms
– Tomatoes
– Asparagus

Thursday
– Avocado
– Broccoli
– Tomatoes
– 2 eggs

Friday
– Sunflower seeds
– Cauliflower
– Cheddar Cheese
– 10 almonds
– English tea with semi-skimmed milk

Saturday
– Avocado
– 8 walnut halves
– 2 pieces of mozzarella cheese
– Coffee with semi-skimmed milk

Sunday
– Canned salmon
– 6 almonds
– Broccoli
– English tea with semi-skimmed milk

Day 6 — January 20, 2019

Day 6

Today’s diet:

  • Egg
  • Asparagus
  • Shiitake mushroom
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Walnut
  • coffee + semi skimmed milk
  • Cadbury cheesecake
  • Chicken
  • Banana + peanut butter

 

Although I did eat a pot of cheesecake, I don’t feel out of control. After I finished it and went back to the fridge, I felt no urge to have another one, or even try a different flavour. The whole ordeal just seemed kinda unappealing and pointless. I think my standard of unhealthy is improving πŸ™‚

  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Smoked German Cheese
  • Cheese string
  • Green pepper
  • Egg
  • Black chocolate
  • Greek yogurt + chia seeds + cocoa powder
  • Soya milk
  • Whole milk
  • Semi-skimmed milk
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Coffee + semi-skimmed milk
  • Courgette + mushrooms + soy sauce + coconut oil
  • Tofu and fish
Day 3 — January 17, 2019

Day 3

Today’s diet:

  • Chestnut mushroom (fried in coconut oil) + soy sauce
  • Spinach (+coconut oil) +soy sauce and Himalayan salt
  • Whole milk
  • Coffee + semi-skimmed milk + chopped nuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Semi-skimmed milk
  • Almonds
  • Chopped nuts
  • Celery
  • Small chicken wing
  • Unsweetened soy milk
  • Black chocolate

I ate some almonds and a little of choco a bit past 7pm, but it’s better than how late and how much I ate yesterday! A big improvement in my eyes πŸ™‚

I also didn’t eat any of the leftover KFC from yesterday πŸ˜€

Day 2 — January 16, 2019

Day 2

Today was a long day~

I feel a bit out of control still haha

Although I feel like I’ve done decently today πŸ™‚

Today I had:

  • Eggs fried with coconut oil
  • Vegetable soup (cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, milk, soy sauce, ginger)
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Almonds
  • Black chocolate
  • Whole milk
  • Semi-skimmed milk
  • Small chicken wings
  • Pork floss
  • Corn on cob
  • Unsweetened soy milk

I feel like it’s okay if I start off eating a bit more and decrease my calorie intake more as time goes on, since I’ve been used to binge eating a big amount, but this should not be a stupid excuse for me to overeat.

I did head downstairs pretty late to have more food though…

Day 1 — January 15, 2019

Day 1

So, I splurged a bit and had vanilla ice cream.

On the positive side, there is no more ice cream left for me to greedily and unnecessarily consume, but on the downside, I have just eaten like a whole tub XD

Not a very good start for Day 1 lol

Anyway, I have made a page where I have listed out rules for myself. I will adhere to the rules I have written and published wholeheartedly!

I made soup today!

Soup containing: cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, milk, salt, soy sauce
Is that a weird recipe?

I made it up so, perhaps.

It doesn’t taste the best honestly, but at least it’s warm, filling and healthy…
I think the cabbage kinda lets it down

Maybe I didn’t steam the cabbage long enough?

As for protein, I ate a whole load of peanuts.

I think that I might have a peanut addiction…

While peanuts do have protein and nutrients, they’re high calorie and easy to overeat. So starting from now, I think I’ll refrain from having any peanuts or peanut butter until I recover! ^^

I feel a bit sick after eating that much sweet stuff…

Well, tomorrow’s day 1, and I think I want to eat mushrooms tomorrow.

And maybe another vegetable?

Mushroom soup perhaps πŸ™‚
